A: In the original paper, the summaries are clearly associated with each other (on p.14). But it is not so easy to understand the summaries without a quick read of the original paper. So, to show what the summaries are and how they are related, I think it would be better to first make a summary for each summary. After that, I think you can understand the summaries clearly. Q3: "It may be seen that the value of I0 increases with e". The quantity Ia is plotted with respect to the electron charge, e, for each element. Ia is zero for a noble gas, so the value of Ia increases when the number of electrons increases. Q4: "It may be noted that the "isotropic" model allows significant contributions from the crystal". In this article, a "crystal" is interpreted as "a crystallographic unit of atoms". By this definition, I think we can say that Ia in this article is related to the volume of the crystal.
